If you’re turning your home into a museum-like style, you may need to visit this place. The Gilded Lion Antiques, Art & Photograph is a place that sells a bunch of vintage items, not only from Asia but also Europe and Africa.
When you enter this store, you’ll be amazed by the variety of antiques from all over the world, each coming from different periods and styles. They have everything from furniture like table sets, coffee tables, and couches to decorative items such as lamps, chess tables, sculptures, statues, and beautiful mirrors for your mirror selfies! They also offer a wide range of rare books, vintage artworks and photography.
For me, the store itself is a sight to the sore eyes. It’s full of antiques and beautiful items, making the store look like an old historical museum even from the outside. Plus, it’s an extra point just because I love those things like statues and sculptures. You can blame it on my obsession with Greek and Roman myths when I was 15.

My grandmother always says the older the item is, the longer it lasts. I always believe she is actually talking about her kitchenware. And I also make sure never to bring her to this store, or she’ll never want to get out of this place. Yat Hang Trading is kitchenware heaven for mothers of all generations, especially those who love to collect ceramic kitchenware!
Yat Hang Trading’s modest journey had begun in a corner near the Kotaraya complex more than eight decades ago. Not only does this extraordinary establishment stock thousands of pieces of vintage cookware, but it has also expanded its product line to suit a wide range of events; Yat Hang also caters to housewarming, weddings, and birthday parties for older people.

If you’re trying to outfit your home in a mid-century modern style, let me introduce you to Recro Furniture. The store offers a plethora of hand-picked antiques, most of which date back to the 1950s and 1960s, a period characterised by the prevalence of minimalist design elements like straight lines, pencil legs, and seamless joints in furniture.
